Returns & Exchanges

At Pakuranga Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our pharmacy warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
