Suggested dose/instructions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) wafer with or just prior to dairy food consumption or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effect.

Lactase (contains wheat) 37 mg (providing 3500 FCC lactase units) Bulking Agents: (mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose), Guar Gum, Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Flavour: natural vanilla flavour.
