Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate is efficient at absorption into the dermal fibroblasts. Studies have shown that the intake of L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) into the skin after the application of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate is considerably higher than the application of L-Ascorbic Acid by itself (in-vitro). This is further boosted with the addition of Tetrahydropiperine used by LA CLINICA to increase permeability and bioavailability of the active ingredients
